Membership Policy

Degradable Packaging membership provides a private workspace for source-supported product listings, industry contributions and, where included, a company profile. Membership levels and allowances are assigned manually by an administrator. Creating an account does not activate a plan.

Levels and fixed lifetime totals

Contributor — USD 58 Lifetime: 1 Product Listing and 1 Industry Contribution; no Company Profile allowance.

Professional — USD 128 Lifetime: 3 Product Listings and 3 Industry Contributions; no Company Profile allowance.

Brand Partner — USD 288 Lifetime: 10 Product Listings, 6 Industry Contributions and 1 Company Profile.

Lifetime means a fixed total allowance for the assigned level. These are not annual allowances and do not reset each year. The prices identify the intended levels; online payment, checkout and recurring billing are not enabled in this phase. There is no automatic paid activation.

Approval and editorial workflow

New accounts remain pending and read-only until an administrator approves the account and assigns a membership level. Administrators may set the fixed totals manually. Members cannot grant themselves a plan, change allowances or publish directly.

Draft → Submitted → Under Review → Revision Requested / Approved / Rejected → Published.

Editors review source support, factual claims, image rights and relevant disclosures. A revision request returns the draft to its owner for changes; the member must resubmit it for review. Approval prepares an editorial draft but does not publish it. Only an authorized editor can carry out final publication.

When an allowance is used

The first successful Published event for a submission uses one allowance of the matching type. Draft, Submitted, Under Review, Revision Requested, Approved and Rejected do not consume an allowance. A submission of one type cannot use another type’s allowance.

A published submission is charged once. An editorially requested revision to the same published record can be reviewed and republished without a second charge. Removing or unpublishing a published record does not automatically return its used allowance. Used allowances are not refunded or reset. An upgrade or a manual change to totals preserves the account’s existing lifetime usage ledger.

An available allowance is required for a new submission and is checked again before publication. Multiple drafts do not reserve additional capacity. Editors may decline, request changes or reject a submission; no quota is charged for a rejection.

What membership does not promise

Membership provides submission privileges. It does not guarantee publication, positive coverage, dofollow links or ranking. Payment or membership status cannot require editors to adopt a claim, hide a relationship, use a particular link attribute or publish on a particular date. No publication or response deadline is promised.

Evidence, attribution and conduct

Submit accurate content that you are entitled to provide. Identify official sources and relevant dates, distinguish company claims from independent findings, and disclose employment, clients, sponsorships and other material interests. Do not invent reporting, authors, certifications, legal-compliance conclusions or environmental claims. Editors determine publication wording, links, categorization, attribution and disclosure.

Product submissions follow the Product Submission Policy; articles follow the Contributor / Article Guidelines. Company profiles under the program also follow the Brand Partner Policy. The publication’s editorial, sources and corrections policies continue to apply.

Account and contact status

Use a private account and keep its password secure. Account email addresses are stored privately and are not presented as verified. Email delivery and automated password recovery are inactive; online payment and member file uploads are not available. The Privacy Policy describes account and submission handling.

The public editorial mailbox is not yet enabled. Approved members can prepare and submit content through the Member Dashboard and read private editorial feedback under Submission Status. This is a content-submission workflow, not a general email, reader-correction or privacy-request service. No temporary mailbox is offered.
